Return Policy for Logo Design Services
If you are not completely satisfied with your logo design,
then one-half of the total design price will be refunded to
you.
Logo Guarantee Details:
After receiving your three initial designs, you may request
up to five revisions. If you are not happy with any of the logo
designs, you can request a refund at this point. You would only
be charged for one half of the design price. However if you
continue with the design process after five revisions, then
you would be charged the entire logo design price.
Return Policy for Artwork
All sales of artwork are final. Design Dance, however, may
accept a return in some cases, at our discretion. Please contact

If your artwork has been damaged in delivery, please contact
Design Dance at info@designdance.com
or call 503-588-7512 as soon as possible. Design Dance will
determine if the artwork can be repaired or replaced. If the
artwork cannot be repaired or replaced, then the full cost of
the item will be refunded.
Return Policy for Other Services
Other services including, but not limited to Graphic Design,
Web Design and Development are typically custom projects. Each
project is evaluated individually to estimate the total project
cost, based upon the unique goals and features of the project.
- In the event of cancellation of project by the Client for
reasons other than nonperformance by Design Dance, ownership
of all rights and the original assets shall be retained by Design
Dance. A cancellation fee for work completed, based upon the
contracted price and expenses already incurred shall be paid
by the Client.
- In the event of cancellation of project by the Client due
to nonperformance by Design Dance, ownership of all rights and
assets created up to the time of cancellation shall be retained
by the Client. A cancellation fee for work completed, based
upon the contracted price and expenses already incurred shall
be paid by the Client.
